I am the proud husband of Lindsay Booze (professional home stager) and father of three amazing children. We love all that North Idaho has to offer, with its natural beauty, ample opportunities for outdoor experiences, remarkable beauty and wonderful community.

I have been with Coldwell Banker Schneidmiller Realty since February 2022. Prior to my career in real estate, I spent about a decade in business to business (B2B) sales, working for lighting/electrical contractors. I have conducted business with some of the most reputable companies in the nation, while managing multi-million dollar bids and projects. Additionally, I possess a Master’s Degree and taught special education, serving students with special needs and their families for a total of seven years, including two years in the CDA School District. Hard work, tenacity and dedication to providing top-notch service have resulted me helping my clients achieve success in their endeavors. I thrive on helping others and providing top-notch service.
