This metric is determined by dividing the quantity of homes listed in June by the quantity of homes sold in June. Months of Inventory between 5 and 7 is considered a Balanced Market. Less than 5 months is considered a Seller's Market, and greater than 7 months is considered a Buyer's Market.

Overall, this is a SELLER'S MARKET. However, Months of Inventory varies by price range, and if you take a look at the data in the table below, you will notice that it is a Seller's Market for homes priced between $0-$599,999, a Balanced Market for homes priced between $600,000-$1,999,999, and a Buyer's Market for homes priced above that...
